    if you have changed it 3 times this year, you can't change it anymore.

    Contact official support at support.xbox.com/contact-us if you have a very good reason to change it for a 4th time.

    Maybe they are willing to reset your counter.

    If you have already used the 5 allotted home Xbox changes with in the past 12 months you will have to wait. You can try contacting official support but there's no guarantee they will be able to assist you.
