My Xbox has the screen colors wrong I don’t know what is happening to it

I just want to confirm some thing first. Are you encountering the same issue with multiple ports and HDMI cables connected directly to the TV?

Can we also try a different TV to best isolate the issue?

Unfortunately this isn’t working and it stays on the Xbox loading screen keep in mind I do have the Advanced warfare edition Xbox one I’ve had it for almost 8 years already, i don’t know if something is wrong with the hardware inside or if it’s just bugged out. Maybe might need a repair or replacement. Please let me know what is wrong with my Xbox.

just follow the instructions and choose the appropriate answers and you should have your account back soon.

if you have a credit/debit card linked to your account, contact your bank and cancel the card to prevent the scammer making fraudulent purchases. give the bank all the details in case purchases have already been made on your card.

I followed the steps and it ketp telling me to go to that site and the link dose not help

Thanks for the reply. If the person changed all your information, email, password and that. You will need to request a call from support to have them assist you. Also, let them know that you are unable to complete the account recovery form due to primary
email has been changed.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
