I have had my Xbox get a suspension as i have been wrongly reported. I have been wanting to give my views to the enforcement team and try to get this reduced ad i have all the information i need to show i have been false to prove
i was wrongly reported as the person who did it has contacted Microsoft several times to admit what he has done. I just want the enforcement team to either lift or shorten the console suspension i am a loyal customer not that it has anything to do with it
i just think the console is very harsh. All i am asking for is for them to review there decision on the consoles suspension and at least reduce it to this month instead of September 5.

Reason for Xbox live suspension

My sons account has been suspended for a day and i have spent hours trying to get someone to tell me what his suspension is for.

I dont want xbox enforcement to parent my son without telling me what he has done.

If he has done something inappropriate, i want to know so i can act on it.

Eventually i have been told to write on here and the xbox enforcement team will reply.

Suspension unjustified

Any information about his suspension would be listed on the enforcement site. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team an possibly have the suspension listed.

The enforcement team do not issues suspensions based on hearsay. They investigate every report they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine a person has done something to violate the code of conduct.

As this a in game suspension you will need to contact the game developers, as this suspension has nothing to do xbox and the enforcement team

I'm afraid you got some bad information, then. Xbox Live Support has no method of dealing with suspensions, and Enforcement has no e-mail address that users can respond to. The Enforcement team did use the forums in the timeframe that these suspensions
were issued, but they do not any longer. Again, since they are from 2011, there is nothing they can do about them.

Not the answer you want to hear, but support does not handle enforcement issues. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and the only way to contact them is by submitting a case review. If a case review
is not available, the only thing you can do is wait out the suspension.
