my xbox has gold but won't play anything. and ive read past discussions and tried all ...

I don't even know what's wrong anymore. I subscribed using a code, but the card wouldn't punch through without me punching in my credit card number and turning this thing into a monthly subscription which I'm not the least bit a fan of because I'm an inconsistent
gamer gaming on and off. the codes were what worked the best for me. I punch it all in get the notification that my membership is renewed for the next month and a half go on and try and play something to see if it works and it don't work. Sometimes there's
a lag so I wait a little while still nothing. power down, nothing, sign in and sign out, nothing. It's super frustrating. xbox support doesn't work even the slightest bit. can someone here help me?

Xbox not connecting to the internet

no matter what my Xbox won't connect to my wifi, ive tried a hard reset and unplugging my modem but that hasn't worked, and none of the other suggestions ive got from the console don't help since they all tell me to go to Xbox.com/networkhardware but that
site doesn't help at all, has anyone else got this issue or does anyone have a fix?

So, my xbox is an older one and has been working fine up untill today. all of a sudden my damn xbox wont read any disks and takes forever to load when i turn it on. does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem??? ive tried some of the suggestions
on the website but noting has worked yet. Please help me figure this thing out.
