So when i try to join Clubs it gives me a message that says "This function has been blocked due to your Child safety settings (Or something like that, it has been Google translated)"

I tried to change my Privacy setting but it redirects me to this Page: https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/help/4026796/microsoft-account-change-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings

Thats why i tried to do that Family group thing. And my Main Account is not in a family group.

For now, kindly try the steps below and provide us a screenshot on your reply.

  - this is to verify if your account is part of Family account or not
  

If it so happens that your account is still part of the Family account and is registered as a child account, only organizers of a family group can remove family members so you need to seek their help in doing it for your.

However, if you are above the statutory age, you can just remove your account - use this link as guide Leave family group or remove members - Microsoft Support

Yeah, sorry. I logged into Microsoft family safety on my android phone. When I log in to my PC, it still says my account is not connected to a device, which makes it unable to change my settings (it says for Family safety features to work, my account has to be connected to a device).
