My Xbox isn't working right at all and a agent said the reason why may be because I am in the preview program. My Xbox doesn't work right and I factory reset it multiple times. Please help

My Xbox has been acting up...

Hey guys! My Xbox has been acting up for a good while and I don't know why!! For some reason some of my applications either don't work, take too long to load, or load up and freeze up! Sometimes when signing in I'm not signed in to my account and I can't
literally do anything at all but just turn of my Xbox!!! To put the icing on the cake, when I turn on my Xbox I'm stuck in a green loading screen every now and then. I do the method where I hard reset my Xbox, hold the eject and syncing button at The same
time, and have to wait a few seconds and do a factor you reset. I am forced to do Thisbe every other day or I can't use the Xbox. I am in the preview program so the agent on Xbox support said that might be the reason. PLEASE help me out

Discs left in console not reading, happens on all games, eject and reinsert and they seem to work

This exact issue stared happening to me recently. My Xbox has been perfect when I bought it, but after joining the betas my disc drive has been acting up. I've opted out, but even with the current May update, it's still acting up. Hopefully the next update
fixes this.

Being in the Preview Program is exactly why your Xbox is acting weird. The preview program is essentially beta-testing for the next firmware release, and bugs are to be expected and reported.

You should have access to a private forum for Preview Program members. They can offer you more specialized help.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

That fixed it!! The weird thing is, ever since the latest update my wireless (on xbox) has been acting up... I wonder if it is just my adapter :\
