    My Xbox has a permanent ban and I don't know why


    my Xbox console has been banned and I have no idea why, I think I may have been sold a permenantly banned console as I don't think I've done anything that could've caused this. Could you please let me know the reasoning

    Banned permanently form halo 4 online

    My son received a permanent ban fro halo 4 online and we don't know why. We never received an email explaining why and this is the first ever issue he has had on halo 4. He received a 15 minute ban on halo reach and that's it!

    My Xbox has a permanent ban and I don't know why

    The warranty does not apply to second-hand consoles and the buyer assumes any responsibility for any changes previously made. If you buy a console that has already been excluded, you will not be able to connect to Xbox Live.

    yes I get all that but I've been able to play on Xbox live since I got my console and still can so I don't know what is happening

    yes I get all that but I've been able to play on Xbox live since I got my console and still can so I don't know what is happening
