Maybe a factory reset could help.

But this seems pretty much a hardware problem. I assume your tv works fine, so you are sure it is the xbox, right?

Anyway, the reason could be a problem with power maybe? A power drop, or something related to electricity. I am not able to explain better, also because i am not a native english speaker, but sometimes also lightinings can ‘fry’ consoles or electronic devices
plugged in. Of course this has sense if it was raining.

Before a factory reset (which anyway i doubt can really help), try to unplug the console for half an hour at least. Then try plug it in again.

Accounts cannot be transferred. You can only change the email address on the account. So if you want to keep everything on your old xbox account it would be best to change the email address on that account.

You are registered as an Irish Rewards member. Therefore, only your purchases made in Euro are eligible for Rewards.

If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region, you must opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
, wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours. You will know if you re-registered correctly if your join by date shows a recent date. This will close your old Irish account, and create a new Rewards Account based off your current
Microsoft Account region.

While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. Again, to confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join
date from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). If your join date shows a recent specific date and not a date of "???",
then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

thankfully all sorted now i hope seems i had a corrupted profile for some reason and now its downloading again.
