My xbox got me a game pass for no reason

I bought the war games map pass but for those of you that got the Crimson map pass for free don't feel too guilty because I was shafted by 2 xboxes that got red rings and also have had my account hacked and Microsoft points stolen from me and never got them
back even though I went through the proper channels. If Microsoft were a little more professional then you'd have reason to feel bad about it.

I got it to work took some of the advice and got the game pass. It freaking worked. Losing my **** after the struggle of this and I just had to pay for the stupid Xbox gaming pass. So I found a solution if anyone wants to confirm it's the issue is not having a gaming pass for Xbox work right way for me once I got it.

can you suggest me one thing? which reward should i take from rewards.my main reason is to play forza horizon 4.should i take Microsoft gift cards and buy the game or get the xbox pass?

Just checked I got limited edition so have vip pass and it wants to charge me only free car is the scirocco r have checked in game and on xbox live both the same! Only reason I got limited edition was for car packs bit of a joke really
