    Can anybody help me with this issue?

    I have tried to contact Microsoft using several ways, none of them I was successful, here in the forum is my last attempt.

    My gold membership was canceled and I don't why. I have double checked it and I am sure it was supposed to expire only in January 8th. Does anybody knows what is going on?

    So I went ahead and followed Vibroplex's suggestion, and here are the dates for my XBL tenure; the first date is the purchase date, and the second is the expiration date. In every line, the prior expiration date matches the exact date of the following purchase
    date--therefore, an unbroken string of XBL membership:

    November 2002 – November 2003

    November 2003 – November 2004

    November 2004 – November 2005

    November 2005 – April 2006 *(Picked up 360; changed from XBL to XBL Gold)

    April 2006 – November 2006

    November 2006 – November 2007

    November 2007 – August 2008

    August 2008 – November 2008

    November 2008 – December 2008

    December 2008 – January 2010

    January 2010 – April 2011

    April 2011 – January 2012

    January 2012 – January 2013

    Xbox LIVE Gold Tenure displaying "7" when it should (and used to be) "10"

    First off, I apologize if creating a new thread is not the proper way to go about reporting this issue with my profile, but I have read through the sticky and a few other members' threads to see if any of their solutions worked for me. After a few days of
    trying the methods provided like the following: clearing cache, deleting profile, powering down console, redownloading profile, etc., my Xbox LIVE Gold tenure still displays a "7" when it should be a "10".



    I honestly cannot remember when I noticed the issue and whether or not it was before or after the 25th of January, but after going to following link (Sign in to your Microsoft account) I can confirm
    that my membership has been of the Gold status longer than the currently displayed "7". Here's a summary of my billing with the dates if that is helpful in any way:

    My Xbox LIVE Gold subscription has continually ran with no interruption (going to Silver status), though I had used a couple of free month cards here and there from games I had purchased. I understood that using them on an already active Gold account would
    simply extend the expiration date time, but is that maybe what's causing the problem for my profile?

  5. That's the problem, I am from Brazil, and the way I have to contact Microsoft is by online support and e-mail, I have already tried both options and I was not successful. Don't know, I gonna try a bit more. Thanks for the help anyway man.

    My xbox live gold expired in January and i didnt notice till now because ive been able to go online and such. I just wanted to get one of the discounted games. Do we not need live anymore? Or did my live just glitch out?

    Game Pass Ultimate if I already have Gold

    Currently I have Game Pass Ultimate subscription with recurring billing off and don't want this subscription service once it expires 10/22/22, so do I just activate my prepaid xbox live gold subscription card on 10/23/22, or do I actually have to cancel game pass ultimate subscription for my account on 10/23/22 manually before redeeming and activating my xbox live gold prepaid 12 month card on 10/23/22?

    Also, if you select turn off recurring billing on your account for your current game pass ultimate subscription, does that automatically cancel your prepaid game pass ultimate subscription on its expiration date? or is it requirement that you still manually cancel Game Pass Ultimate on or after its prepaid expiration date if you wish to switch back to xbox live gold using a prepaid subscription card?
