    My Xbox gold is only working on the account I bought it on please help


    I have multiple accounts on the same Xbox not two xboxes, nothing on the internet has told me how to fix this both accounts have it set to the Xbox I use on home Xbox and I've tried everything, rebooting, going off home Xbox back on, searched everywhere
    for answers and I can't find any please tell me what to do

    So I bought Xbox gold and when I go on Gta online it brings me to the page too buy gold again. And I deleted the profile I bought gold on and added it back on my Xbox and it’s still not working .Someone please help me!!!!

    I've just bought an Xbox one and gold 1-month card but it doesn't work. It is saying there are free games for me to download with gold but multiplayer is not working. I checked my Microsoft account on the Xbox and on my laptop they both say that I have an
    Xbox live gold membership (which I redeemed yesterday) please help.

    Xbox Gold and play anywhere

    Hi,

    please check who bought the Gold and FM7. Means which account had it.

    This account should be online or home console on of your Xbox if you want to use the Game and Gold.

    The same for Win10. Only the account that bought it could play it (must be log in and playing with an other account is ok)

    If this doesn't help, more information are needed, eg. what account is log in where and with what account you want to do what.

    Anyone else having trouble renewing xbox live?

    Yeah I am having a similar issue. I tried to renew my gold account yesterday on the xbox one. When I selected confirm purchase it gave me the "something went wrong please try again later" error.

    The weird thing was right when I backed back out to the home page menu it was acting as if I had xbox live gold again and everything was working fine so I figured the error was wrong and it actually did confirm purchase.

    Problem was hours later when I tried playing online again it was back to me not having a gold account. I then went to check my transaction history and it shows that I bought 12 months of xbox live gold only now its not working. I dunno what the heck is
    going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Multiplayer is not allowed with Halo!

    Trial cards do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer. They will not work with all games or all game modes.
    How do i change my account status? I just bought 1 year xbox live gold and activated the code.

    yeah hello and i have a problem will actually my friend has a problem. he bought a xbox reedem card like for gold and its not working for him or my console so i wonder it could be the problem in the regio but its not. and i have no clue that can gold cards
    go offline like if you dont but it 24h it will not let you redeem it but i think its not used either because it was bought and not scrathed to. And its saying that the code is ´´NOT VALID´´
