    ok so I bought my gold at a game stop it was a year worth of it so a month in it was playing saints row it was xbox 360 disc and I tried to see if there were free dlc so then a pop up came said you dont have xbox live so I tried
    to link it with my xbox one but no luck but then it said free xbox live so pressed A and worked i then got a add on but later i playes halo 5 and it said that I had no gold so I'm thinking did I transfer it but I get the free games and it says when it expires
    and I went to the things I have bought it says that I got it what do I do

    My xbox gold is not working.

    In july 2017 I purchased an xbox gold membership to last into next year july 2018, today is in October and my account says I do not have gold and I cannot play online or use online features can somebody from xbox live support please help me to sort this
    issue out that would be much appreciated and helpful thank you.

    Hi, if you activate Xbox LIVE Gold. You need to restart the console to get the code credited and activated to your account. Then it will work.
