My Xbox gold doesn't work

Hello,

One month ago I bought a 3 month Xbox gold card. But just a few days ago it didn't work anymore. I didn't know what to do so I bought a new one today. So I used the code but it doesn't work again. What do I need to do?

Go to account.microsoft.com/services . From there, you should be able to see if your live subscription is current

 

it also happened to me one hour ago i redeemed a 12 month Code but nothing works I m very angry and want my 60 euro back please help me .

 

I've had this problem in the past, not being able to redeem codes. Check if xbox live services are having a problem in your region. Only way I know to check is going to xbox.com > scrolling to the bottom
of the page and going to "Support" > Then in the top left there is "Xbox Live service is ????. See details >"

Most of the time if it's on xbox's side waiting some time will be the only option. Hopefully this helps.

 

In my region xbox live is up so I think I'll just keep waiting then.

Under subscriptions, if the Xbox Live is active then try to remove and redownload the profile. If that does not help then try to power cycle the console by hold the power button for 10 seconds on the xbox itself (not the controller).
