My xbox gets slower speeds than my other devices. Can this be fixed?

I've been getting annoyed with my xbox not getting the speeds that I pay for from Comcast, so I decided to set up a test with a few devices, I'll do my best to make everything looks neat and not difficult to read.

Here are the devices I use and what speeds I pay for. I pay for 200Mbps and can only get them from my phone(galaxy s7 edge) which is understandable because it's the newest device with the most up to date antenna. The devices I used is my phone(Gs7), laptop(2013
HP Envy, 64-bit OS), Computer(self made in 2011, but has D-Link DWA 556 antenna's which can support up to 300Mbps), and then of course there's my Xbox one.

My router is TP-Link Archer C7 AC1750 dual band, which will support up to 450 Mbps on 2.4GHz network and 1300 Mbps on a 5 GHz network. All of my devices are at the same distance, about 30 ft with nothing blocking the router.

Here are the speeds I get on a 2.4 GHz network.(not all my devices support 5GHz)

Phone: 36/12

Laptop:12/11

Computer: 10/11

Xbox: 8/8.5 (0% packet loss, 89 ms latency, 100% signal strength)

5GHz speeds (only phone and xbox)

Phone: 199/12

Xbox 28/9

Additionally, If I plug my devices in for a wired connection with a CAT 5e 100ft cable this is what i get

Xbox: 37/10

Laptop: 27/12

Not sure what to do to get a faster speed, but I'm open to any suggestions, hopefully the info given should be enough. Also, I had set up a DMZ for my xbox awhile ago and it did boost my speed about 10Mbps, so that kinda helped.

Hello, I'm having a problem with my xbox one that prevents me from enjoying the console. Here's the problem: both the wired and wi-fi connections have a much slower speed than other nearby devices, making it impossible for games.

My pc , on the xbox side, with a wifi adapter or even an ethernet cable, gets speeds around 80 ~ 100mb, and my xbox one features speeds of less than 10mb with cable or wifi. Anyone know a solution to this problem?

 

My Xbox one S is ridiculously slow

I got an Xbox one S this Christmas, but have experienced constant problems since getting it. Apps and games take several tries to start, and sometimes require me to restart the system. Also, download speeds are terrible. The majority of the time, my download
sits there in the queue making zero progress. When it does make progress, the speeds are much slower than what I get on other devices on my network. I have checked my internet connection in settings, and it says I am successfully connected, but I still get
slow downloads. Is this because my Xbox is defective, or is this just some problem everyone experiences?

 

I don't see a lot of issues with those stats as compared to the other devices. It can be a result of the different servers being used for the test. I have a 100+Mbps circuit and my xbox one downloads at about 70Mbps. That is a wired connection because
that is the way I prefer to run my console.
