    My xbox games won’t launch


    Hello ,

    I am really struggling here.

    My xbox one won’t let me launch any games . First started with Fifa20 , it will say that there is an updated for the game . When I check to see if there is an update nothing comes up . I have uninstalled my game and installed back and it doesn’t work. After
    that it’s done the same thing with COD .

    i have read on one of the forums that it will help of I remove and add back my account . I removed my account but now it won’t let me to sign back in. After I enter my email and password it freezes there.

    And I don’t have a clue what to do from here .

    It all started a week ago ..

    It plays if I go to my download history and launch it from there but I have to be signed into Xbox live, it won’t launch offline

    Hi. Yes I’m using the right profile other games I’ve downloaded works fine it’s just gta 5 won’t launch unless I’m online and launch it from my download history or Xbox live

    Have you tried contacting support? https://beta.support.xbox.com/ I had a similar issue when trying to add my account back I had let it sit there and after a couple of minutes It finally loaded for me.
