My xbox games have been stuck at 0% downloaded even though I am connected to internet

Like you, I do not like the idea of having to stay connected to the internet to play. Even though my Xbox is very, very rarely taken off the internet, I still do not want them to do it. Sometimes, you bring your Xbox places where no internet is available.
I was stuck in one such place for almost a year and it sucked not being able to hop on and play with friends. I was fortunate enough to have the thing to play games on, though. If Microsoft had made it so we had to be connected to the internet in order to
play games on the Xbox 360, I'd have been driven insane..

I've been having this same problem for a few days now. My Xbox refuses to connect to Live even though it connects to the internet just fine and the internet works. Now today this update keeps popping up and I try to download it, but I keep getting this error
code.

So I was able to take ownership of the files and delete the Skyrim files, but now when I try to download skyrim again, it does not download and gets stuck at 0% with a 0b/s download speed, despite my connection to the internet.

Thank you. None of that works. It sees my router,The connection test confirms I am connected but somehow Xbox Live Services says I am not connected to internet even though the internet connection test says I am.

I have opened the recommended ports on my router and tested my Xbox Live Connection and Network Statistics.

When testing the Xbox Live Connection It gave me a NAT Error and said that even though I was able to connect to Xbox Live, my connection was limited. It also said that my NAT type is Moderate.

The Network Statistics are as follows:

Network: Connected

Internet: Connected

Latency: 229 ms

Packet Loss: 0%

Upload Speed: 0.66 Mbps

Download Speed: 5.82 Mbps
