My Xbox games freeze whenever I interact with somthing that requires a keyboard how can I...

Every time I go to the keyboard on the Xbox one my Xbox freezes. Now when I try to make a new character on fallout and I need to name him my game freezes. Can someone tell me what to do?!!!

The past few days whenever I try to sign in with smart glass, the keyboard is stuck in all CAPS. So now it's not recognizing my password. Which is weird since it works just fine for texting or any other app that requires the use of the keyboard.

Now with the Recent Update my Kinect affects the Keyboard freezing as well. I have this unfortunate hardware issue with my Kinect where it randomly turns off and On by itself. But after the August Update, when I use the Keyboard to type something and my
Kinect turns off, the Keyboard freezes or lags, until the Kinect turns on again (Turns off and freezes the Keyboard for 2-4 seconds then turns on again)

Example: Typing the word, "Warframe". I would start inputting the letters then when I get to the letter "m" it freezes and I noticed my Kinect just turned off and the Keyboard is stuck (or frozen) on "m" even though you can hear the keyboard noises while
trying to move to the next letter. But this moment only lasts for 2-4 seconds but can still repeat, even on the same word or even the next letter.

As a result I have unplugged by Kinect, which is my only main way of talking to others (Only when playing Solo which I do most of the time) as my Xbox Headset broke or died

When so ive gotten the same problem and restarted my xbox but after that i keep getting blackscreen whenever i turn it on anc im not able to do anything is that because of the issue or is somthing wrong with my xbox

If you have a PC, you can download the Xbox edition to Windows 10/11 and use the keyboard and mouse. If you want to use it on Xbox and want to use keyboard and mouse, then talk to Sports Interactive and ask them to put keyboard and mouse support on the console.
