My Xbox Gamer Picture Was Change and I am Prohibited From Uploading A Custom Gamer Picture

Hello, my Xbox gamer picture was recently changed, I've come here to try to get a repeal for my gamer picture because I am now not able to upload custom gamer pictures due too my past gamer picture. My Xbox gamertag is , , i thought

Uploading custom gamer picture

I would like to upload a custom picture for my account but it keeps popping up a message that says only adults can upload pictures. I am 17 years old and it's rather annoying. Is there any way I can promote my account I can order to fix this?

 

Gamer Picture Not Being Accepted by Support?

I keep trying to use a custom picture for my Xbox profile picture but every time I try to use it, my profile picture changes back to my original Xbox gamer picture before i started using custom ones. Is this indicating that whoever regulates the use of profile
pictures did not accept it? Sure it shows a "suicide theme" but that's not at all my intention. It's a picture from a children's show for God's sake and I personally think it'd look hilarious to have a profile picture. I don't see what's wrong with it! Here

You will have to go to enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible contact regarding enforcement actions etc.

 

What do i do when i get there ?

 

I think you sign in with your account and then click on the "How do I" tab. Once there, there will be a list of things you can choose to read such as filing for a case review if you've been suspended etc.
