This may mean that it's on a different Microsoft account. Please check all Microsoft accounts that you own and sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services for you to manage your subscription.

I cannot contact xbox support, because it shows call or live chat unavailable. And I double checked, when my game pass pc subscribtion stopped it also charged for the next month the 10$
