    My Xbox Game Pass Won't Work


    I just barely got my Xbox Game Pass to play Sea of Thieves for free, but after I got the pass it will not let me install the game. The only option it gives me is to buy the game. Please help

    Xbox game pass won't work

    Hey everyone,

    Is anyone else having an issue with gamer pass? I paid for my gamer pass 5 days ago now I can't play any game because I apparently need to renew my pass. It's extremely frustrating and I don't know how to fix it? Can anyone help?

    ok i did the same thing and i get the kiwibeard and thats just the bug fixes going on while the server is down the only thing i know to do in this case at the moment is wait and watch for the servers to go back online

    Hey Tristan,

    If you're unable to install the game after subscribing to the Xbox Game Pass, try power cycling your Xbox One console by holding the power button down. Once your console powers down, boot back up and try installing from the Game Pass section of the 'My games
    & apps' section (in the Subscriptions tab).

    Give it a shot and let us know if that helps.

    It could be a quick:

    Sign out

    Sign In

    Check Billing in account setting to make sure Game Pass successfully purchased/activated.

    Thanks for clarifying! Definitely give xrem's suggestion a shot to see if that helps. Be sure to search for Sea of Thieves in the Microsoft Store app to install. Ensure that you are signed into the Microsoft Store app with the account that owns the Game
