    Hi, when i bought my xbox series x on june 14, An xbox game pass subscription of 2 years came with it for free. After 1 month and 20 days it says that the subscription was cancelled and expired on 8/2/2021. I´d like to know why that happened

    Got the same problem!

    My Game pass Ultimate subscription was cancelled without my permission. Activate it back.

    You'll need to contact support directly so they can look into your account. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
