My Xbox game pass billing doesn't stop

I purchased the Xbox game pass 2 months ago for $1 and I immediately stopped the auto-billing. I just realized that it was still on at the start of this month but it said the payment was not successful, because I did not have money on my bank account. I
tried to turn off the auto-billing, but could not for some reason. Now a couple days ago it charged me again for a month. I have not used it after the first month went past due to not knowing and would not even have needed it right now. I hope I can get some
money back at least.

Yes, at least in many countries in Europe chat is only available on weekdays.

What You should do is contacting Xbox Support and ask them for a refund
