My Xbox game isn't loading

Honestly i dont know what to do but get on a call with Microsoft but um pretty sure that its not because i have an out dated xbox i highly doubt it but i bet if i did get the new xbox this wouldt be happening 😂🤣

What Xbox model you have

Problably the xbox it's "old" for this game some friend have the sane thing he upgraded to xbox one x the game is now working

try to reinstall the game ou sinon initialized xbox

if the game doesn't download try this

if you already have the game downloaded you may be experiencing saturation xbox live see if there is any problem here
