    My Xbox froze and now it won't turn on


    I was playing war thunder and my game froze, I thought it was no big deal because this happened with other games like skyrim. So I clicked the home button and it froze there as well. Then my Xbox turned off and when I try to turn it back on my tv says check
    the source. So I did, that did not work..... I tried again and it turned on but turned back off. So I don't know what to do. Asking for help

    It turns on now but it says check source on my tv and I did its also in the right HDMI port for my tv because it only has one also iv didn't change the position for the cable on my xbox

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear you are running into these issues with the Xbox One console. When you power on the console, does the light turn on and stay on with no display, turn on and then turn back off, or does the light not turn on at all?
