My Xbox freezes and then turns off

My Xbox simply wont turn off. I hold Home button on controller, select Console Off and it freezes, then. I have to reboot and then it turns off fine.

This issue could simply be caused by the game crashing. If that issue also applies to other games, please make sure that you Xbox has enough space for ventilation and does not overheat. This could also be an issue with the power supply.

I dont hve those settings and i have a xbox one x so i dont have a power brick

Well, first you may wanna check the brick and the light on the it. If the light is flickering or it's just blank, then it could be a power issue. You may also wanna check your Xbox settings to see if it has the ability to turn itself off, in order to do
that please go through the following steps:

Head to the Settings, Power & Supply, choose Turn Off After - and you wanna make sure that it's at
Don’t Turn Off Automatically.

If everything is as it should, then you should contant Xbox team directly using live chat, since you do not have your warranty.

My xbox is well vented and its clean.

There is only a couple of games that make my crash when it freezes it resedent evil 2 and call of duty modern warfare and i forgot to get a warenty on my xbox and how do i tell if is a power supply issue.
