My Xbox Dream Hamper Contest

Hello,

I recently took part in the My Xbox dream hamper contest, which runs till 20th of this month. The issue I'm facing is whenever my friends try to vote for me, the page doesn't load up completely and an error "unable to access database" is displayed. Below

Moreover, if some people do get to vote, the vote count is not getting updated. This has been a recurring issue for the past 2-3 days. Finally, if you open the link you will also see the top 2 on the leaderboard have somehow rigged their votes.

Given that there is only little time left before the contest ends, I request you to please resolve the matter asap.

Ok, Even though there are no replies on this thread, I'd really like someone from Microsoft to read this and act.

The entire contest is basically running like a sham. Whosoever gets a decent number of votes from his frends. His votes mysteriously shoot up to a big number, before the xbox staff remove the entry deeming it to be fake. This is happening over and over.

I wasted so much time and energy in putting a new entry and requested my friends to vote and suddenly the number of votes shot up(overnight) and my entry was removed. Whats the point in having such a contest when MS itself cant figure out how to run is properly..

He spent so much time and energy in getting his friends to vote for him (about 200) and all of a sudden, within a few minutes, his votes increased manifold(about 1000). Some malicious person deliberately did it so as to disqualify my father.

Indeed, the entry was removed from the leaderboards(presumably by the contest team).

Basically actions of some moron cost my father, cost us, and all the precious time and support from friends was wasted. No one even cared to check why and how was this happening.

I've given up now, its only 2 and a half hours before the contest ends. All is see is entries getting deleted and being recreated. Genuine participants are suffering at the hands of a few cheats!!!
