My xbox downloads but they don't work

Hello there, my xbox recently started doing weird things to my downloaded content like when I download EX: Happy wars, an xbox arcade game it would say game could not be found please try downloading it again and if I download it again after deleting it it
will do the same thing. With indie games EX: Totalminer: forge, it will start but then shortly after pressing start it will say the game has unexpectedly stopped working. DLC and all other downloaded content COD: Black Ops 2 Nuketown Map, will say that I have
it but, when I go to play it, it starts to load but then stops and sometimes freezes my xbox.

THIS HAPPENS WITH ALL DLC DOWNLOADED GAMES AND APPS ON MY CONSOLE

Another thing my xbox hard drive has been unformatting itself lately

My Xbox don't works

Hi there, please try the following steps:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

Wait 30 seconds.

Plug the power cord back in.

Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. Note If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any “power-down” chirps, that also means this failed.

You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

This should show a menu with the option to factory reset the console,

I was going to ask what type of hard drive you are using because I thought that it may have been the problem. Then I read your last line and realize that the issue may very well lie with the hard drive. I think the drive may be dying and in need of a replacement.
Try that or get a usb drive for the time being and see if the issue persists.

I actually have a similar problem. I can connect to the internet; but then ten minutes later I'll be in the middle of a match and it just?? Kicks me out?? And then I'm not connected to my internet, or my Xbox live. Which we pay money for, and aren't allowed
to use..?

Either way. I suggest going with a Ps4; because at least that won't take a dump on you in the middle of a game. And before people start complaining, "oh, your modem/connection/blahblah" NO. I've already tried all of the suggestions on this blasted site.
ALL of my other devices work (ex. Ps4), and it's JUST my Xbox that gives me hell. I'm done. If you want ACTUAL quality, you gotta find it somewhere else.

But if you decide to stay with Xbox, good luck. You'll need it.
