    My Xbox dosen't work at my house but works at other people's houses.


    Please help, my xbox one is not turning on, i had my friend took a look at my xbox at his house and did the trick of holding the power button for 5 seconds and then waiting for 30 seconds and it worked, the same thing happened at a local repair shop. My
    friend brought it over to my house to try the same technique but it didn't work. My friend also brought over his xbox to my house to see if it was a power issue but his xbox worked perfectly, we even switched power cables and that didn't work either.

    Both profiles where used on his xbox at his house and worked fine. Both profiles where also used on his xbox at my house and no problems, but only my profile was used on my xbox and it didn't work.
