    Can you please confirm if you have disconnected the consoles power cable from the wall outlet for a few minutes as I suggested? Doing this will allow the surge protector that is built into the power supply/console to reset and may help with your problem.

    Can you please confirm if your console is trying to switch on and the Xbox logo on the front of it lights up?

    If noting is happening can you try removing the power cable from the outlet for a few minutes. when you connect everything back up please connect it directly to the wall outlet and let us know what happens.

    Try disconnecting the power cable but before you do check what colur the light on the power pack is, it should be amber if console is on standby green if console is turned on. If it is red unplug it from the power source and then the console. Leave for 2
    minutes and then plug it back in see if the light is now amber before you turn on your console, this happened to me once for no reason the light on my power pack was red and the console would not turn on so i unplugged it left it for 2 minutes then plugged
    it back in and it worked fine. I hope this helps you out if not you may need a new power pack or xbox maybe.
