    well i was playing on the morning when the light went out and after that the xbox dont want to turn on and this little box that you connect on the electric stuff it used to turn orange and white but now nothing happen

    hello everyone will someone plz tell me why my console isnt working .when i turn it on the outter circle turn green but the main one that suppose to stay on it dont so will someone plz tell me what i need to do to make it stay on it never been drop its in

    Are you using an extension lead or surge protector? If so, try plugging the power supply directly into a wall socket.

    I suspect that your power supply has died though. Do you have a friend with an original Xbox One? If so, see if you can borrow their power supply to check if your console works OK then. That way you can be sure that the issue is
    down to a dead PSU.
