My xbox doesn’t work , since I open it ,its closed agin!

I hope you’re doing well ..

First my problems in my Xbox are hanks a lot ,Also there is a problem in the hardware since I start playing, the Exbox makes a re-start , and If the screen is closed, the Xbox will turn off with it, and this is what was happening before.

Second I don’t have any photos because this is happened suddenly when I am playing so I can take a photo

At last yes I try to remove all the cables and waiting a minute and days but it’s still the same problem



I hope find the solution because I love my Xbox so much

I see, have you tried resetting your console? Don't worry, this won't erase your installed games or apps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
Select Reset and keep my games & apps

If that doesn't work, your Xbox may need to be repaired. You can request a service for your console from this link: https://account.microsoft.com/devices/select-device-for-repair

I see, which Xbox do you have? How often does this issue happen? Does it happen with any game?
