    My Xbox doesn't start anymore


    Hi, this morning I got a bad news: my xbox one didn't got powered on from my controller, so I started manually.

    But it gave me a black screen for several minutes, so I forced a poweroff.

    Then I tried to power on again, but it gave me the error E200 00000074.

    I followed the instructions on the Xbox Support Site, but I did not made a factory reset because I don't want to lose saved games.

    Following the guide I tried to install via usb the update OSU1, but it gave me the error E101 00000504 8B050041 and now I'm stuck here.

    What's the problem? What did it cause it? Yesterday it was working well

    xbox 360 slim : my console doesn't start anymore

    Hello,

    my console asked me to update. I don't know if it was for my Skyrim game or if it was for the console itself. The update was blocked, I couldn't do anything. I had to turn off the console and restart. But the console doesn't even start, it remains stuck
    on the Xbox 360 logo. What should I do? thank you in advance for your help

    FIFA 17 doesn't start anymore?

    I got an error while playing FIFA 17.

    I installed it with a code which came with the FIFA 17 500GB XBOX One S bundle.

    After a few weeks the game suddenly stopped working and a message was popping up that I wasn't connected with Xbox live (which I definitely was) or that I had to place the disk. The error kept on coming.

    After this I tried to re-install the game, but now it says that my code is already used and that I can't play the game anymore?

    Someone can help me please? I paid for FIFA 17, and now I can't play

    Please help!

    Hi you may want to try an offline update using a USB flash drive. Here are the steps needed to do that

    Otherwise you may have to do as Parity suggested and send it in for servicing

    1. Unplug the power cord from the console.

    1. Wait 10 seconds.
    2. Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button on the front of the console.

    If the console turns on, the internal power reset worked. Do this step in the future if the problem happens again.

    If the console still doesn't turn on, try the following:

    • Check that the wall outlet you are using is working with other devices.
    • Check that the power cable is firmly connected to the wall outlet and to your console.
    • Ensure that you're using the power cable that came with your console, and that it's the correct cable for your region.
    • If your console still will not turn on, it will need to be serviced. To request service, sign in to the Device Support page with your Microsoft account credentials and submit
      a service order.

    Hi Fabio,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend trying a
    factory reset    . You can follow this guide to step 4 to see if you can pull up the troubleshoot menu.

    1. Choose the right picture update console offline
    2. Choose Xbox on S, X, or digital version.
    3. select continue.
    4. If able to pull up the troubleshoot menu then select reset this xbox. Then reset and keep my games and apps.

    If this doesn't work then we recommend the offline update.
