    My Xbox doesn't say there's a new update


    Wen I found out the new update came out today I was confused cuz my Xbox hasn't updated nor does it say there's one available all my friends have it and I'm connected to the Internet abd I've restarted it like 3 times

    MY XBOX WON'T UPDATE SAYING THERE'S A PROBLEM

    I have recently bought Call of duty. Which was a nightmare it took 2 two days to download. Then there's an update which is required to play the game and it's saying there's an error with my update I have tried trouble shooting it and everything please help.

    But it doesn't say that message at all, it keeps saying sorry there's a problem with the Xbox server, and I have enough money in my account

    No but neither are my friends and my stepdad has the update ans he barely even is on his xbox

    If you go to settings>system>console info & updates, does it say an update is available?

    Dude it may be a good thing your not updated yet. I have a bunch of games that won't let me play today that worked just fine yesterday. Fall Out 4 goes black on startup and then kicks me to home screen after about a minute.

    Hey all, the update is rolling out in waves, however you can manually update the console by doing the following steps.

    1. Scroll left from Home to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Update Console.
    If you're in the Preview Program, you already have the latest update which is 10.0.14393.1018 (rs1_xbox_rel_1608.160725-1822) fre

    Elite Series 2 Xbox controller

    It's still saying there's an update required on my Xbox after shutting it down completely unplugging it I waited 2 minutes instead of 10 seconds for good measure and the Xbox accessories app on my PC says: Unfortunately this app doesn't currently support your controller's new firmware on PC. We're working on updating the PC experience. Check back soon!

    When will a new Xbox update be out to fix problems it caused with my TV?

    I checked to see if my TV had an update but it didn'thave one. It's just frustrating when everything is working fine and then an update to my Xbox happens and says my TV doesn't support any of the features it has and it also says my TV doesn't support HDR in gaming.

    Its a shame that Rockstar doesn't update the Xbox 360 anymore because I'm sure there's a lot people still on the 360 playing. But I'd say the new updates with GTA 5 the 360 wouldn't be able to handle it.
