I Recently Bought Gold from Amazon And Redeemed It And It Says I Have Gold But Doesn't Let Me Create A Party Or Anything It Says I Have To Buy Gold But I Already Bought It What Should I Do?

Hi,

Your Xbox Live tenure is still showing which usually means your Xbox Live Gold Membership is still active. Please verify that your membership is still active by checking your Services & subscriptions.

Please try clearing the consoles cache by opening the guide>Action Center (Settings tab)>Restart console. If you still have trouble, please remove and re-add your profile to the console (Settings>Account>Remove accounts). Please keep in mind you'll need
to know your Microsoft Account sign-in details.

My Xbox One doesn't recognize my gold subscribtion

Hello,

I recently bought an xbox live gold membership on CDkeys.com, a website I trust and entered the code in my Xbox. It did work well at first but a few days ago the market started behaving strangely, stating that I need to be a gold member to access to the
"games with gold" features and discounts even thought I could still play online. As of today it got worse because I cannot play online anymore. Is there any problem with my 15 months subscription ?

I'm having the same issue, It's not downloading my gamer information and doesn't recognize that I have an Xbox Gold Live membership.

depends did you migrate to another region?

Or did you use a trial code like 48hour orn2 week code

If you migrated to a non Xbox live region that would be why

Or you migrated to a non Xbox one region and yes there are some regions that don't support Xbox one

Also should be noted prepaid membership codes don't transfer between regilns

Also if you have the 2nd issue

It isn't actually gold it is temporary multiplayer access so if you are trying to get Games with gold with those that won't work you need a paid membership

No I Don't migrate to another region, I have paid for my gold membership with my credit card, it's a weird problem because when the support guys "fixe it" I can play on line and download free games, but if I restart my console it's like the first image I'm
not a Gold member anymore, It's very frustrating and nobody know the reason of the problem.
