My xbox doesn't let me play certain games.

This has been happening for a while now and whenever I try to load up certain games (like black ops 3 for example) it will always either crash my xbox on the main menu or let me play for a minute or 2 and crash the xbox.

This is really frustrating as it does This on other games also and I don't feel like I can do anything on my xbox without it being slow or crashing the game entirely.

I maybe have a solution:

- maybe your parents set up microsoft family, if so ask them to make you an adult or a grown up.

Yeah, I agree with this. What other games are you able to play at the moment? If those games are not also 18+, then an age restriction was likely placed on your account.

I understand your concern. Can you please let me know on what device are you playing Xbox Cloud Gaming? Are you able to play other cloud games right now? If possible, please do try using a different network connection to check if the error will persist. Hotspot is okay.
