    Connection issue to the division

    Hi,

    Been going through ubisoft support for a connection error with the division. Their servers are fine, my connection on my end is fine, NAT is open, tested all connections with success not sure what's happening, however, when it first happened while the game
    was connecting I swapped controllers and had to sign into my xbox again, while the game was trying to connect. Could I of possibly glitched something with the signing in of my account?

    This game does not work anymore on this xbox profile, and works with others on other accounts with the same connection. Here is my post on UBI forums and still no hep.

    once anything is associated with a banned account is deleted (as well as the account itself) it is not available to download again cause of the banned status of the account sorry.

    Hi,thank you for taking your time to lend some help, my controller is mainly a wireless one but it does support a wired connection too. I tried connecting it to the Xbox using a wire, but still the controller was yet not lighting up(Logo button). I did plug it to my laptop and to my surprise it turned on for a bit but then the light turned off and there was just vibrations occuring while it was plugged and now the light does not turn anymore when it's plugged to the laptop only vibrations.

    Yes I can connect fine when I have a direct connection to my modem but I have no problem what so ever as soon as I plug it back to my router its fine but I plug my telephone service in and my brothers xbox I don't say connected long at all
