    i was playing gta v and the game crash so i quit the game and after that the xbox didnt let me to enter to the game so i restore my xbox and when it finish my xbox does not recognize my hard drive and i dont know how to make it work again i tried the steps
    of the xbox page but it did work

    i have a hard drive that i want to put more game on it because the storage of my xbox is full and my xbox recognize it but i can't put my storage of my game on it and my hard drive is empty, can someone help me please? thank you

    File recovery from HD formatted by Xbox One

    I need some help from my fellow gamers. I'm wondering if any of you know how to recover files from a formatted hard drive. More specifically a Toshiba 3TB external hard drive that was formatted by an Xbox One. The problem I am having is that my computer wont recognize it anymore when I plug the hard drive into it. Can anyone help me figure out how to get my data back from it (if it still exists)?

    I'm having the same problem except my new Xbox 320gb is not recognizing the old 20gb hard drive at all. I have a Ms transfer cable (black). When I connect the old hard drive back to the old Xbox it still works. Can someone please help me

    Tried clearing the cache (when I can actually get to it) but it didn't help.

    I went so far as to format my hard drive but now my Xbox won't even recognize my internal hard drive.

    After retrying it on my brother's xbox, it got to the dashboard. Unfortunately, it still can't read the data... However, it recognizes that there is 38.2GB taken on the Hard Drive and it looks like it may be able to transfer said data to a different hard
    drive. I'm going to attempt to do this on to my friend's 120GB Hard Drive in a few hours when he comes over. I'm hoping that if I can transfer the data to my friend's hard drive, maybe it will be readable. Then I can format my hard drive and transfer it back.
