    E74 Error Due to New System Update

    I have an xbox 360 from 2007 and IT DIED IMMEDIATELY AFTER DOWNLOADING THIS UPDATE!!! I am on the phone with support right now. This is obviously no coincidence. My box did the download and when it rebooted it had the e74 message!

    Xbox had system update last night now it's not recognizing external hard drive

    I am in dashboard preview. Dont use it for capture just games. I know its a possibility it died, just seemed like wierd time to die. Was using it wgen xbox kicked me out mid game for update. After update was done no longer recognized hdd
