My xbox didn’t run the games

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If I may ask, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, please try to unplug the external hard drive then perform a power cycle, keep the external hard drive unplugged then try to play a game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If you don't have an external hard drive, may I ask if you have reset it removing everything?

Everything else runs fine.

just updates on xbox.

used my phone hotspot but still didn’t change a thing.

I’m on pc.

Did that before posting but didn’t seem to help. Left my pc on while I was busy with stuff for about 30 minutes and after that it worked fine, so there was probably something running in the background that didn’t show.

Worked for me. Didn’t have to restart my Xbox just the game.

In my opinion, the game has nothing special. I didn’t really play the game much, but I feel like it was just another mmo rpg. Combat style was interesting, but maybe a bit to slow for my liking. Too much running and not every mission is coop as it seems.
