Everything was fine this morning early a.m. and I know my bills are paid and I can even get on my account unfortunately I thought it was an internal issue, almost like a hack so I factory reset the Xbox and now I can't even get on my account

Is a "soft factory reset" deleting all accounts from my xbox buti can keep the games and apps right..? and when i factory reset, id be able to do the new update?

Thank you so much for the update and yes, that will be the best option but first, try to move a game from an External hard drive to Internal storage to check if the same issue will occur, if not, reformatting the drive will be the best option as it can be corrupted.
