My Xbox dashboard will not start

Discus and support My Xbox dashboard will not start in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; Every time I turn my Xbox on the dashboard won't start the code at the end is (0x8027025a) It also won't let me report a problem it just says gathering...     My Xbox dashboard will not start


    Every time I turn my Xbox on the dashboard won't start the code at the end is (0x8027025a) It also won't let me report a problem it just says gathering information

    \When on my dashboard the console is connected to xbox live, but when I start a random game (for example CoD MW3) the console disconnects itself from xbox live. When I go back to the dashboard it automatically connects to xbl again, so when I try to join
    an online match it just magically disconnected itself at the start of my game. When i start my game it tells me someone wants friends to play MW3 but it seems i don't have an xbox live connection though. On the dashboard I can still start and join parties..
    BTW I DO have xbox live gold =) (just to prevent people from random bullsh*tting)

    On the My Xbox section of the dashboard, instead of pressing A to start the game press Y for game details and it should give you the option to install the game.

    My xbox keep freezing on start up and dashboard.

    Sometimes this freeze happens if you leave a game disc in the tray. If you remove the disc before shutting down the console or eject the disc during the freeze, it should load up your dashboard no problem.
