    My xbox dashboard preview message is missing. Couldn't accept


    My message with the invite is missing. What should I do? Is there a way to get it resent. Thank you!

    Xbox One Preview

    I have already received and invite for the preview, but I have not received a message to download the preview dashboard. It shows in my account that I just need to accept the preview invite (I was told this by xbox support when I called). The problem is
    that I have not received the message to accept it. The forum for the Preview says No group found whenever I am linked to it. I just need to be sent the Xbox Live message to accept my preview invite. Any ideas can help.

    Hello, How many days has it been that you got invited? I got into the preview program a few days ago but I got invited by my friend a week or so before that. It does take some time. They can resend it to you however. You just have to get back in touch with
    your friend so he can invite you again, or you may choose to private message me on Xbox Live on your console and I can see what I can do to help.

    It was sitting there for at least two weeks. Couldn't accept it on my 360 and my one was being fixed. I tried posting in the preview forum but i do not have access

    Hi,

    the main support team are monitoring the forums so will see if they can sort you out once they see your message.

    Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

    I am also having the same issue I was invited a long time ago like last year and now I cant find the message to download the app

    Preview Program "Group not found"

    I was accepted and the message with the link was auto deleted from my inbox. My issue is "What do I do if I no longer have the message to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app?

    If you've deleted the Xbox Live service message with the link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app or it expired, please post in the private Xbox One preview forum." and when I try to enter that forum I get the group not found error.
