My Xbox customized gamer pic was taken down even though it met xbox guidelines

Upgrade my account to Adult

So I have always wanted to change my child account to an adult account because I can not get curtain apps or games! I can't even put a customized gamer pic on my account witch I always wanted to. It would be very nice if my xbox account gets upgraded to
an Adult account

Gamer Picture Probelm

On my other xbox account, I had a gamer picture of my avatar. I changed it to another gamer pic and whenever I play xbox, only I can see it. My friends still see the avatar gamer pic, even though its been changed for several days. I also see the avatar pic
on xbox.com, when its supposed to be the other picture. Both my gamer pic and personal pic is that picture. Can any one help me change it?

Hi there!

Are you able to see the option for a case review when you login to the
Enforcement site and click on the hammer icon? That would be the only way to get the decision over turned. The enforcement team does not monitor or respond to enforcement issues on the forums.

If the Gamer Pic was custom I believe the image is allowed in good faith but even if it from a game it could still violate community guidelines.

I’m having the same issue at the moment, I logged onto my Xbox the other day and my custom gamer pic has been removed and all my friends have default gamer pics, my friends can still see my custom gamer pic but I can’t see anyones

Edit: I restarted my console and I can see my custom gamer pic but no one elses

I recommend that you sign into your Microsoft account on the Xbox console, use Profile & system and open My profile.

Use customize profile then, use change gamer-pic. Open Upload a custom image, then select the image.

Personally I do not use a custom image as a gamer-pic. I have no images saved on my Xbox console as files, to upload as a custom gamer-pic.

If the pic violated one of the Microsoft rules. Then Enforcement will remove the photo and replace it with a default one. You also lose the ability to have a custom gamer pic.

No, it was a avatar pic from 360 it didn't violate TOS and enforcement has been good. See the imgur of my pic before it was changed on OP, there's nothing wrong about it and if there was it would've been taken down sooner. I'm talking about like a 7+year old
