    hello

    i am trying to get my credit reward points i have over 11000 points but cant access them and im getting frustated. i have contacted support but getting no where. they have told me to come here can someone please help me as everytime i buy something no points
    are shown been on the rewards scheme for a while i get statements but always say zero

    Xbox One - AnyOne Know How To Do Thread

    Does anyone know where the Xbox One shows how many MS Points or how much credit you have on your account for purchasing digital games etc? Sure I have 2100 points on my account but can't see the credit listed anywhere?

    Didn't receive my credits on the 15th, also can't log into my account

    I haven't received my credits for my purchases in May credited to my xbox account

    xbox rewards

    You have 8,177 Credits

    My remaining gems has not been credited in points. I believe I had 53.

    And it no longer allows me to log in to xbox rewards to view my reward info..

    Can you tell me the status of my 8177 credit reward points.

    Hi Lamiepie. The last deposit made to your Microsoft account was on October 12, 2016 for 10,250 Credits. You can check this on your Microsoft Commerce page. You currently do not have any Credits pending. Since you have not yet unlocked
    your MyVIP Star level, you currently do not earn payback on qualified purchases. You are at 97% to unlocking the first Star level. Once you unlock it, payback will be awarded every month thereafter. To learn more, visit our

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.
