    My Xbox crashes and powers off within 10 minutes of it being on???


    Just yesterday my Xbox One started powering off randomly just after a short time of it being on. Ive tried a soft reset. Ive tried the power supply solutions nothing is working I have even blown the dust out of both. Still nothing. Neither one are getting
    hot or anything, I'm just lost at this point. Please, help me out?

    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. In this case if you have already gone through the power supply solutions I would advise you take a look at our support page for

    Troubleshooting Xbox One unexpectedly turning off     to troubleshoot a little more.

    Ive been through that troubleshooting I left it off while plugged in for about 3 hours and i left it completely unplugged for 2. I want to send it in for repairs but I cant afford it and the warranty has past.

    Well after letting it sit for awhile Ive had it on the dashboard. But once I loaded a game up it crashed the console again.

    Are you plugged into a surge suppressor or directly into the wall outlet? If you are in a surge strip try plugging directly into the wall, the X and the S have a built in surge suppressor. Some surge strips don't deliver clean power or degrade over time,
    so take the middle man out and see if that helps.
