    xbox live

    cant get on my xbox live it wont let me sign in and it is giving me some error code. can some one please tell me what i need to do?

    80151103 error

    New accounts will not sign into XBL or be Downloaded and it does give me the 80151103 error. And accounts that do work on another Xbox will not sign in or be downloaded on mine and always showing the 80151103 error. However my accounts still wont sign into
    XBL on the Xbox which had the account working on.

    All rather confusing and is giving me mixed opinons of the source of the problem being either WLID or my Xbox itself.

    Is SeraphX22 the account you're trying to sign into on the console?

    If so, it might be that the profile is corrupted locally on the console, as you can sign in here in the forums just fine.

    Please remove and re-download your account from your Xbox One with these instructions:

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

    On the Xbox 360, go to the settings, then system, and in the storage options, find your profile in the profiles folder.

    Delete the profile, and if the console asks, if content associated with the profile should be deleted, DO NOT let the console delete that content! Otherwise your savegames and downloads are gone!

    After you removed the profile, press the Guide button, and then "Download Profile".

    Is SeraphX22 the account you're trying to sign into on the console?
