My xbox controller won't connect

No matter what I try, my xbox one controller doesn't connect. I've tried pairing with the pair buttons on the console and controller, I've tried connecting a USB to the console and controller, and I've tried fully powering off the console and turning it back on and even changing battery packs on my controller but no matter what it won't connect to my xbox.

I have 0 controllers connected to my Xbox because I can't connect any. It isn't just my one controller that won't connect, none of my 4 controllers will.

I also forgot to add that it won't connect to any other devices. My kinect won't turn on, my controller can't connect to the Xbox and I can't connect via Smart glass

My sync button turns off my Xbox one X and won't connect any controllers.

When controllers do connect they disconnect and flash.

Had this problem since beginning of February.

I know its a long shot but have you tried pluging the conteoller into the xbox? It usualy re syncs it and possibly try uodating the controller while it is plugged in. Might need a softward update

Hello have you tried unplugging console from wall until power is completely dead. Then replug and try to connect again? Have you in the past tried connecting your controller to a laptop, tablet or smartphone for usage? Does you controller power on?
