My xbox controller that I sent for repair appears to have gone missing, can anyone help?

As stated in the question I sent my controller in for repair in February. I followed the steps described ensuring it was sent using the required courier and within the time frame.

Despite the tracking showing it was received within 3 days the status on the order still shows that its not been received.

I've tried making contact with Xbox but every time I request a call I'm told to try again later.

Can anyone help with this problem, I've been patient but it's getting to the point I'm thinking I might not get this back

See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

Click Contact us

Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

Yes I have also been doing the preview. But it has gone on for days now and have followed all of the steps I can to resolve this issue ...I think I will have to see what can be bone and have it sent for repairs ...this was my biggest fear from having to
send my 360 off for repairs 5 times ...very disappointed about the hole thing ...perhaps I should of gone with the PS but have always been with Xbox .....

also if you sent it in to repair you have a 90 day warranty and the old one is gone. So if you got your warranty deleted it was due to it being sent to repair place

Actually the 10 year life span was for the console. Controllers have a 90 day warranty. If you were experiencing issues with the controller 30 days after getting it you should have returned it to the store or sent it in for repair/replacement under it's
warranty.

You said that you fixed the left stick. If you repaired the controller on your own you now cannot send it in for a repair as it will not be accepted. Nor can anyone help you with that.

You will need to purchase a new controller if you are having issues with the one you currently have.
