My Xbox controller doesn’t connect to my PC

1. May we confirm the Windows OS version of your computer? (Win10/11)
   
2. May we confirm if you are part of Xbox Insider of PC Insider?
   
3. May we know if the issue is also happening if you were to use this app for connecting controller - Xbox Accessories - Microsoft Store Apps

Just tested its multiple controllers also with the other controller it doesn’t turn on my Xbox but when the xbox is on its connected

What type of problem are you having with your controller?

MY CONTROLLER WON’T CONNECT TO MY CONSOLE OR PC -> it doesn't apply. the controller does connect to my pc

I CAN’T UPDATE MY CONTROLLER -> it doesn't apply. Xbox Accessories says it is up to date

MY CONTROLLER DOESN’T FUNCTION CORRECTLY -> somehow it doesn't. let's take this option

MY CONTROLLER WON’T POWER ON -> it doesn't apply. the controller does power on

SOME OR ALL OF THE BUTTONS ON MY CONTROLLER DON’T WORK AT ALL -> it doesn't apply. All buttons do work correctly

SOME OF THE BUTTONS ON MY CONTROLLER DON’T WORK AS EXPECTED -> it doesn't apply. All buttons do work as expected.

so:

It connects to my pc properly but it doesn’t work because it does connect because the light for it’s on but not working
