my xbox controller broke

i was just using my xbox controller like i always use it, but then when i put it down it stopped working.

Now i have to bend my xbox controller to make it turn on and off.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

Hello. my contoller is broken and still in warranty. but im not able to register this controller alone and when i add the serial number than it allows me to order parts but not to send my broken controller for repair.

for sure my xbox one ios out of service but not my 10 month old controller.... please help me...... 150 euro controller 10 month and more than 3 thinks are broken... ... im speechless.....

 

Official play and charge kit work on 3rd party controllers?

Hi, that could just be a dirty battery contact, pop the battery out and check the contacts are clean on both the battery and inside the battery bay on the controller. If you use a rechargable battery pack then try regular batteries as it could be the battery
pack itself that's causing the problem.

 

If the above answer dont work then could be something damaged inside, if that happens you will need to buy a new controller.
